Acceptance and eligibility

Use the service only if you can enter a legally binding transaction or are supervised by a parent or guardian.

By accessing the website, creating an account, or ordering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you accept these terms and the policies linked from them.

If you do not agree, do not place an order or continue using account-only services.

Account access and security

Customer access is verified through a single-use code sent to the submitted email address.

• Keep control of your email account and never share an OTP with another person.
• Tell us promptly if you believe your account or email has been used without permission.
• You are responsible for information and activity submitted through your verified session, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
• We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risk, or a material breach of these terms.

Products and descriptions

We aim to present every item and digital resource accurately.

Images, colours, dimensions, availability, and descriptions are provided in good faith. Screen settings and photography can affect colour. Handcrafted products may have natural differences in grain, weave, motif, texture, or finish; these are not defects unless the item is materially damaged or different from its description.

We may correct clear errors, update information, or withdraw an item before accepting an order.

Prices, taxes, and payment

The amount shown at checkout is the amount submitted for payment.

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees unless clearly stated otherwise.
• Applicable taxes, discounts, and delivery charges are shown in the order summary before confirmation.
• Payment must be authorised through an available checkout method. A payment acknowledgement alone does not guarantee acceptance if verification, stock, or pricing checks fail.
• If a confirmed order cannot be fulfilled, we will cancel the affected part and initiate the appropriate refund.

Orders and fulfilment

An order request becomes accepted when we confirm it for fulfilment.

We may contact you to verify details or may decline or cancel an order for stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, delivery limitations, legal restrictions, or other reasonable operational grounds.

Estimated delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Events outside reasonable control may cause delay; we will provide available updates through the order page or registered contact details.

Digital content licence

Digital purchases grant personal access, not ownership of the underlying intellectual property.

• Access is personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and subject to the product description.
• Do not reproduce, resell, publicly distribute, upload, scrape, remove rights notices from, or provide shared access to digital content unless expressly permitted.
• Access may depend on compatible software, a supported device, connectivity, and an active account.
• We may protect content against unauthorised distribution and suspend access for a material licence violation, subject to applicable law.

Acceptable use

Use the website lawfully and without harming other people or the service.

• Do not attempt unauthorised access, probe security, introduce malicious code, or disrupt the service.
• Do not use automated tools to scrape content, inventory, pricing, or personal data without written permission.
• Do not submit unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing, or fraudulent material.
• Do not impersonate another person or misuse promotions, reviews, payment processes, returns, or support channels.

Intellectual property

The Aurofeather website and its original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Brand names, logos, designs, photographs, text, software, educational resources, and other original material may be owned by Aurofeather or licensed to us. Except for the limited use needed to browse or enjoy a valid purchase, no right is granted without written permission.

Cancellations, returns, and refunds

The Return Policy forms part of these terms.

Cancellation availability depends on the order stage. Physical-item returns, damaged deliveries, and digital-content issues are handled under the Return Policy. Nothing in these terms limits remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Service availability and responsibility

We work to keep the service accurate, secure, and available, but interruptions can occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aurofeather is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from use of the service. Any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

Nothing here excludes responsibility for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability or consumer remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.

Applicable law, changes, and contact

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India.

Disputes should first be raised through our support channel so we can attempt a prompt resolution. You retain the right to use consumer grievance and dispute-resolution channels available under applicable law.

We may revise these terms for legal, security, operational, or service changes. The effective date identifies the latest version; changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required.
