By using aurofeather.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Delivery & Acceptance

  • Estimates: Delivery dates are estimates and may change. We will contact you using the details provided to coordinate delivery.
  • Access: You are responsible for ensuring that the items ordered can fit through doorways, elevators, and hallways. Additional fees may apply if delivery is complicated by a lack of access.
  • Inspection: Upon delivery, you or a nominee must inspect the goods and sign the delivery documents. Any visible damage must be noted on these documents at the time of receipt.
  • Manufacturing Faults: Any internal manufacturing defects must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt.
  • Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel any order (or limit quantities) at our discretion. If we cancel an order, we will notify you via the contact details provided.

2. Payment & Refunds

  • Methods: We accept payments via credit/debit cards and supported digital payment methods through our secure gateway.
  • Custom Orders: Full payment is required before processing custom or made-to-order items. Once processing begins, payments for custom orders are non-refundable.
  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as a credit note, as per your preference.

3. Ownership & Risk

  • Title: Ownership of goods passes to you once full payment is received.
  • Risk: The risk of loss, damage, or deterioration transfers to you immediately upon acceptance of delivery.

4. Discounts & Promotions

  • Promotional codes are valid until the stated expiry date, can be used only once, and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers. They are non-transferable.

5. Liability

  • Scope: AuroFeather is liable only for direct losses caused by a breach of our specific obligations.
  • Exclusions: We are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profit, damage to reputation, or damages caused by third-party movers/contractors.
  • Property: We are not liable for property damage resulting from following your specific delivery instructions or items not fitting into the designated site.

6. Legal Effect

  • Severability: If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full effect.
  • Governing Law: These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi/NCR.
