Return & Refund Policy

At AuroFeather, we take pride in our artisan-crafted products. If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Accepted: Items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or unused in original packaging with tags intact.
  • Not Accepted: Items used, washed, or altered; custom/personalized orders; and final sale/clearance items.

2. How to Start a Return

Email us at info@aurofeather.com with:

  • Your Order Number.
  • The Reason for return.
  • Clear photos (mandatory for damaged or incorrect items). We will respond within 2 business days.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Our Responsibility: If the item is defective, damaged, or wrong, AuroFeather covers return shipping.
  • Customer Responsibility: For all other approved returns, the customer pays the return shipping fee.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approval will be confirmed via email.
  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Note: Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

5. Exchanges & Cancellations

  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase. After 12 hours, processing begins and cancellation may not be possible.

6. Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please notify us with photos within 48 hours of delivery to ensure a quick replacement or refund.
